Kirk Flaskegaard
Assistant Manager
Kirk is from Littleton, CO.  His favorite quote is, "If you don't measure it, you can't manage it."  His blog that doesn't exist is called Diary of a Rad Man where he would discuss his own awesome opinions. For example you would read about how the correct number of cats is three and how five cats is right out.  The thing Kirk fears most is not being able to taste his beer when he has a cold.

What's Brewin': Cherry Vanilla Wheat
Greg Ehlers
Team Member
Greg comes from the land of the ice and snow - from the midnight sun, where the hot springs flow. Also known as Aurora, CO. Like many, he journeyed here for the college, and stayed for the refreshments, learning how to make his own in the process. In addition to brewing his own wine, beer, mead, sauerkraut, kimchi, cheese, pickles, and kombucha, he also enjoys long walks around Horsetooth Rock at sunset and deep discussions about hops, malt, yeast, and water chemistry. Some of the styles Greg enjoys most are Belgian in origin, though every beer has a time and place to be enjoyed. Lastly, the correct number of cats is Ɫ2ᔭ - no more, no less.

What's Brewin': 3 different meads, 1 red and 1 white wine, a blonde ale, an american strong, a marzen, a baltic porter, and a barleywine and brett-farmhouse thing in the works
Taylor Caron
Taylor is our general manager at Hops & Berries. His favorite beer style is whichever one he hasn't brewed in the longest, but he does love the sours, Bavarian lagers and well-aged strong ales. The best part about brewing for him is that there is always something new to learn. As a national-ranked BJCP judge, he enjoys competing and judging in homebrew competitions, trouble-shooting off flavors, and generally geeking out about beers and styles and historical brew trivia. You'll find a bold red wine and a straight mead in his cellar most times, but he's generally about the world of beer. His least-favorite job at Hops & Berries is the mountain of paperwork, so if you see him at his desk, you are invited to distract him for as long as you like!

What's Brewin': A couple of kettle sours (one with habanero!), pinot noir, Roeselare mead, Kölsch w/pinot gris, 100% oat malt Koyt
