Greg comes from the land of the ice and snow – from the midnight sun, where the hot springs flow. Also known as Aurora, CO. Like many, he journeyed here for the college, and stayed for the refreshments, learning how to make his own in the process. In addition to brewing his own wine, beer, mead, sauerkraut, kimchi, cheese, pickles, and kombucha, he also enjoys long walks around Horsetooth Rock at sunset and deep discussions about hops, malt, yeast, and water chemistry. Some of the styles Greg enjoys most are Belgian in origin, though every beer has a time and place to be enjoyed. Lastly, the correct number of cats is Ɫ2ᔭ – no more, no less.
